Mission Statement: The Upper Roxborough Civic Association is a voluntary group whose members seek to provide information to and representation for the residents of the Upper Roxborough community in regard to local issues such as zoning and planning and to add the voice of its residents to larger issues in the city as a whole.


The Upper Roxborough Civic Association meets every second Wednesday at 6:30 PM

Note: We do not meet in July or August unless there is a pressing issue

** We sometimes need to change location for meetings expecting a large than normal attendance which will be communicated via email. Be sure to sign up with us so we have your current email address for such updates.

2018-2019 Membership Application
To become a member, please complete the application and submit it at one of the monthly meetings, scan and email it to info@upperroxboroughcivic.com or mail it to the address on the application. Please spread the word to your neighbors and local businesses as well. Membership dues are the only support the Civic has to meet the financial obligations needed to continue to represent you. As a convenience to our members you may pay your dues via Paypal as well.
